Meet Our Kilgore Team.

Tasha is our Office Manager for both Kilgore & Gilmer locations. Tasha has been with our team for 4 years and has been in eye care for over 20 years. In her spare time, Tasha enjoys traveling with her family. Her fun fact? She’s a crime junkie and has 2 handsome grandsons! She says, “KGECC has a great team of doctors and staff who are a pleasure to work with.”

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys Crossfit and yard work. Her favorite thing about working at Kilgore-Gilmer Eye Care Centers is that is really feels like hanging out with family and not just work.

Dana attended Tyler Junior College. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and antique shopping. Dana loves that she gets to help people see and fix their problems.

Jimmy has over 35 years of experience and was certified by the American Board of Opticianry in 1990. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, playing golf and spending time with his elderly parents. A fun fact about Jimmy? He loves Africa and has been on several mission trips to Kenya and Nigeria.

With over 27 years of experience helping + educating patients about their contact lens needs, Wendy is beyond happy that she gets to continue to do what she loves with such caring doctors and an amazing team by her side. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys spending time with family, reading, camping, road trips and has recently fell in love with kayaking.

Barbara brings over 20 years of experience in eye care to Kilgore Eye Care and has been proudly serving patients at our Kilgore office for the past 1.5 years. She enjoys helping patients find eyewear that fits both their vision needs and personal style.

Outside of the office, Barbara loves reading, baking, and spending time with family—both near and far. She appreciates being part of a team filled with kind, compassionate doctors and fabulous coworkers.

Her fun fact? Barbara is a big fan of military air shows and fighter jets!

Jessica has been part of the Kilgore-Gilmer Eye Care team for one year and brings a passion for patient care and community connection. She loves working for a family-owned practice that stays active within the community.

When she’s not at the office, Jessica enjoys cooking, baking, and getting lost in horror and fantasy novels. She has a pretty serious rock collection—ask her about it sometime!

Maribel has been welcoming patients to Kilgore-Gilmer Eye Care for nearly a year and brings warmth and energy to the front desk. She loves being part of a team that feels like family and enjoys the kind, supportive atmosphere created by both the staff and doctors.

Outside of work, Maribel enjoys going to the gym, taking morning walks, and spending quality time doing fun activities with her son.

Maribel is a talented artist! She studied art for eight years, won Best Art Shirt in school, and even took home first place in an instrument decoration contest.

Samantha has been a friendly face at the front desk of Kilgore Eye Care for the past year. She loves being part of a welcoming and helpful team where she feels valued and supported. She’s passionate about continuing to learn and contribute alongside such an amazing group of people.

When she’s not at work, you can find Samantha exploring new restaurants and enjoying time with her fiancé—they love trying new foods together!

Samantha enjoys learning new crafts, especially making beaded jewelry and bracelets.
